Nurse Practitioner – Sleep Medicine & Wellness (Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Track)

About Us

Prestige Sleep & Wellness is a physician-led sleep medicine practice in Lawrenceville, GA, founded by Dr. Junaid Nasir, MD, who is triple board-certified in Sleep Medicine, Nephrology, and Internal Medicine. Our care sits where sleep and metabolic health meet: sleep apnea, insomnia, hypertension, weight, and long-term wellness.

Demand is outgrowing our physician's schedule, and we're looking for a nurse practitioner to grow with us from the ground floor.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build a clinic, not just fill a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new and follow-up sleep medicine visits, primarily via telehealth
• Evaluate patients primarily for obstructive sleep apnea but also insomnia, restless legs, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep conditions
• Order home sleep tests and in-lab studies, and review results with patients under the supervising physician's interpretation
• Manage PAP therapy: compliance review, troubleshooting, mask and pressure adjustments, and coordination with our DME team
• Address related conditions such as hypertension, weight management, and metabolic health
• Document accurately and on time in our EHR
• Work under a Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB) protocol agreement with Dr. Nasir
• Help build patient education materials, workflows, and the telehealth patient experience
• Future (full-time phase): Lead the new sleep and wellness clinic, including hormone therapy, PRP, peptide therapy, and weight-loss programs, with training provided

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Georgia APRN license and national board certification (FNP, AGPCNP, or AGACNP)
• Active DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in sleep medicine, pulmonology, primary care, or internal medicine
• Interest or experience in aesthetics, hormone therapy, weight management, or regenerative medicine
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth

New graduates with strong clinical training and genuine interest in sleep and wellness medicine are encouraged to apply. We will train the right person.

Schedule

• Part-time, flexible scheduling : 8 hrs min / week
• Mostly telehealth, with some in-office sessions in Lawrenceville
• Expected transition to full-time as the new clinic opens

Compensation

• Base salary : $65 / hour for 8 hours per week irrespective of patient load.
• Additional bonus $30 per patient after meeting minimum patient per hour.
• Clear path to full-time with salary and benefits discussion at transition
• Future eligibility for productivity bonuses and raises as the practice grows
• Training in sleep medicine and wellness services

Pay: $60.00 - $105.00 per hour
