We are looking for a full-time physical therapist who is highly motivated and is willing to learn. Our patients receive at least 30 minutes of hands on (Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, TheraGun, joint mobs, Dry Needling, TFM, effleurage, etc) therapy and then proper exercise and cool down (NormaTec, MH, etc) if appropriate.

Candidates MUST have a current Massachusetts state license or currently in the process of obtaining state license. Candidates also must have a DPT or will have that degree in the next 3 months.

Responsibilities include providing appropriate physical therapy treatments to patients, writing daily notes, progress notes, and discharge evaluations, proper communication between clinic admin in order to facilitate insurance benefits and authorizations.

About the clinic:

  • Physical Therapist owned private practice
  • We schedule follow-ups every 30 minutes
  • Initial Evals are an hour long
  • Never double booking or triple booking patients, we aren't a PT mill!
  • 1 on 1 setting
  • Direct Access: Significant amount of patients use us prior to seeing their MD for their ortho issues. Candidates should be comfortable in evaluating and treating and if appropriate, referring out.
  • Preferred Provider with CrossFit boxes around Massachusetts, United States Figure Skating, Boston Children's Hospital,

  • Sports orthopedic injuries
  • General orthopedics and post-op rehab
  • Olympic to amateur to weekend warrior level athletes seeking maintenance work to "reset" their bodies
  • Age range: any individual with pain

Pay: From $88,000.00 per year
