Choose your preferred geographic area, and we’ll coordinate client assignments within your targeted 5-mile service radius, based on referral availability.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy services in children’s homes and natural environments.
- Support the development of fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, motor planning, self-care, and functional play skills.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address each child’s developmental needs.
- Partner with caregivers to promote functional skill development and carryover into daily routines.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using our streamlined clinical documentation process.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful developmental outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Current, active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and family-centered treatment skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Reliable transportation for travel within your selected service area.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized pediatric care.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
