Account Manager - Louisiana Territory

Precision Roll Grinders is seeking a motivated Account Manager to cover our Louisiana territory. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical partner to our customers, helping them solve production and maintenance challenges through PRG’s world-class roll grinding and repair services.

This is a remote position with significant travel (70–80%) to customer sites, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and working hands-on with industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients across the Louisiana territory.
• Partner with customers to identify operational challenges and propose technical solutions.
• Apply engineering knowledge to explain PRG’s capabilities, processes, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with shop and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Drive sales growth through consultative, solution-based account management.
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship from initial contact to long-term partnership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex industrial processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (70–80% of the time).
• Self-motivated, with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
• New graduates with strong technical ability and desire to learn will be considered.
• Must live in territory (Louisiana)
