About this role
Company Description Practis is a sales enablement platform focused on improving the quality and consistency of sales conversations across organizations. Through its patented customer interaction simulator, Practis helps teams convert knowledge, tactics, and messaging into effective, real-world dialogue.
The platform functions like a professional language learning system, allowing companies to capture, curate, and standardize their customer-facing messaging. Practis then enables individuals to practice and achieve fluency in that messaging, ensuring more confident, aligned, and effective communication with customers. The company is dedicated to helping businesses drive better outcomes by elevating every sales interaction.
Role Description The Mid-Market Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business with mid-market customers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This full-time role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA and includes building and maintaining a strong pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and leading discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
The role involves collaborating closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and handoffs. The Mid-Market Account Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and accurately forecast revenue while maintaining detailed records in CRM tools.
This position also requires ongoing market research, participation in team meetings, and contributing feedback to help improve Practis’s product and sales processes.
