Exercise Instructor/Physical Therapist

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Female Fitness Instructor/Physical Therapist to inspire and guide clients on their journey toward improved health, strength, and mobility. In this dynamic role, you will combine your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and fitness coaching to develop workout plans and implement them with a group of women.

Responsibilities

• Design and teach group exercise routines that incorporate strength training, pelvic floor exercises, core strengthening, Pilates, aerobics, and yoga.
• Provide motivational coaching to encourage clients through challenging workouts and celebrate their progress
• Train women of all stages, including prenatal and postpartum as well.

Skills

• Experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or physical therapy
• Ability to motivate clients with energetic coaching styles while building rapport through effective communication
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Experience:

• physical therapy/fitness training: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Preferred)
