Posh Physical Therapy is a DPT-owned, boutique outpatient practice in Delray Beach, FL. We believe in true one-on-one care: every patient works directly with their physical therapist for the full session, with no aides running your treatments and no double-booking.

Our clinic is part of a co-located health and wellness campus that includes Posh Medical Club and Perphorm Fitness, a strength and conditioning studio, so your patients can move seamlessly from rehab to performance training under one roof.

The Role

We are looking for a part-time Physical Therapist to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (roughly 10–20 hours per week). We'll build your schedule around your availability, so whether you prefer mornings, midday, or evenings, tell us what works and we'll fill your caseload to match. This is a great fit for a PT who wants to add a few high-quality outpatient hours alongside another role.

You will evaluate and treat a primarily orthopedic and sports population, build individualized plans of care, and work closely with our owner, a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Top-of-market outpatient pay: $55–$65 per hour with true 1-on-1 care, based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients
• Deliver one-on-one treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
• Design progressive, evidence-based plans of care and home exercise programs
• Coordinate with our in-house strength and conditioning coaches for patients transitioning from rehab to performance
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Deliver a premium, high-touch patient experience that reflects the Posh brand

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (hours are flexible)
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• Excellent communication and a genuine commitment to patient experience

Preferred

• 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic or sports experience
• Advanced manual therapy training, OCS/SCS, or dry needling certification
• Experience with active adults, athletes, and post-surgical patients
