Compensation:

$55 - $60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, focusing on functional improvement, mobility, and pain reduction.
• Deliver manual therapy interventions, including trigger point techniques, soft‑tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress, ensure safety during all therapeutic activities, and provide ongoing motivation throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home‑based recovery strategies, and long‑term wellness practices.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately within eClinicalWorks in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated, patient‑centered care and optimize clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation setting.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred to support patient communication and education.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build rapport with diverse patient populations.
