Pollart Miller LLC was founded in 2003 as a firm that exclusively represented employers and insurance carriers, with a focus on workers' compensation and subrogation. Since that time, the firm has grown to over 75 employees and now represents clients in Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, and Utah.

Our practice areas have expanded to include Workers' Compensation Defense, Appellate Law, Labor and Employment Law, General Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, and Subrogation and Recovery.

About the Job

We are currently searching for a tenacious, perceptive attorney to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of workers' compensation cases for our Arizona client base with work experience of 1-2 years in litigation. We are prepared to mentor and train our new team members.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• To be successful as an attorney in our practice the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, calendar, deadline and time management skills, and good billing habits.
• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate case management skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task in the fast pace of workers’ compensation defense
• Ideal candidates will be licensed in Arizona or will have plans to become licensed in Arizona.
• 1 year of workers' compensation defense, or similar, preferred

Pay:

Negotiable and depends on experience. Range $98,000 – $125,000 annually DOE.
