About the role
Plexlane is staffing a senior Project Manager to lead day\-to\-day delivery of a large enterprise application implementation (a SaaS asset, equipment and fleet maintenance management platform) for a construction / equipment\-intensive client's Operations \& Engineering teams. You are the delivery engine of the program \- you own the plan and drive every party to it, operating with executive presence and minimal oversight.
What you'll do
\- Own the integrated program plan, schedule, RAID log, dependencies, and budget tracking.
\- Lead delivery across the client's Business and IT teams, the software vendor, and other delivery partners.
\- Coordinate configuration, data onboarding, integrations, testing/UAT, and deployment readiness performed by the vendor and client.
\- Run the governance cadence \- weekly written status, steering reviews, and executive reporting.
\- Drive scope and change control, risk and issue resolution, and go\-live readiness.
Must\-haves
\- 8\+ years leading IT project delivery with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
\- Delivered at least one large enterprise implementation end\-to\-end (ERP, CMMS/EAM, WMS/TMS, or a comparable enterprise platform).
\- Proven ability to lead and drive a multi\-party program (client business \+ IT \+ software vendor) with strong executive presence.
\- Strong PM tooling and methods \- MS Project/Smartsheet, Jira, Waterfall/Agile, RAID governance.
\- US work authorization (no sponsorship); available during US Eastern business hours.
Nice\-to\-haves
\- Operations, engineering, industrial, construction, or field\-service environment experience.
\- CMMS / asset \& fleet maintenance platforms (e. g. , Clue); PMP / PgMP; Lean Six Sigma.
