Job Summary

Pleasant Cafe is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and support the restaurant team. The ideal candidate will help improve service efficiency, coordinate staff activities, monitor operational performance, and maintain a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
• Monitor customer service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback and resolve operational concerns professionally.
• Assist with employee recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels, food supplies, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate purchasing and restocking activities when needed.
• Review sales reports and daily operational performance.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and workplace regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with staff and management regarding business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or operations experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, and inventory control.
