Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Full-Time Play Makes Sensory Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and dependable Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. We are a family-centered pediatric therapy practice providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

We are looking for an OT who wants to build a long-term career with a practice where clinicians are supported, encouraged to bring new ideas, and given opportunities to grow. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs
• Develop individualized plans of care and functional treatment goals
• Provide engaging, play-based occupational therapy interventions
• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations
• Collaborate with and provide supervision to COTAs as appropriate
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress, recommendations, and treatment goals
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists and other members of the child’s care team
• Complete documentation accurately and within required timelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve clinical care and clinic operations

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Passionate about pediatric therapy
• Comfortable treating a diverse pediatric caseload
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Strong communicator with families and team members
• Interested in professional growth and being part of a growing pediatric practice
