We're looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinic in Estero / South Fort Myers, Florida.

A Schedule That Gives You Your Life Back

Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–4 PM to start.

That's a 24-hour workweek with a starting annual salary of $65,000–$75,000.

Practice Medicine You're Actually Passionate About

You'll work with patients seeking help with:

• Hormone replacement and optimization (HRT/TRT)
• Perimenopause and menopause
• Testosterone-related health concerns
• GLP-1 medical weight management
• Insulin resistance and metabolic health
• Peptide-related medical consultations
• Energy, sleep, recovery, and performance concerns
• Comprehensive bloodwork and individualized care planning

• Is an actively licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida.
• Has direct clinical experience with hormone replacement therapy and GLP-1 medical weight management.
• Has meaningful knowledge of peptide therapies, including safety considerations and evidence limitations.
• Is passionate about personalized medicine, longevity, and metabolic health.
• Is exceptional at developing patient relationships.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Has strong clinical judgment and prioritizes patient safety.
• Takes initiative and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
