**Formal certifications are valued but are not the only way to demonstrate strong clinical skills. **
Experience developed through mentorship, continuing education, clinical practice, and a commitment to improving your craft is also important.

**What You Will Do**
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
- Identify orthopedic impairments, movement dysfunctions, balance limitations, and functional needs.
- Develop individualized, goal\-based plans of care.
- Provide skilled orthopedic and geriatric Physical Therapy.
- Use hands\-on manual therapy when clinically appropriate.
- Combine manual therapy with therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, education, and progressive strengthening.
- Treat patients with orthopedic, balance, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
- Progress treatment based on objective findings, patient response, and functional outcomes.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, confidence, and independence.
- Educate patients about their condition, recovery plan, movement strategies, and home exercise program.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other clinicians on patient care and complex cases.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using an AI\-supported EMR system.
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient\-focused clinic culture.
