We are looking for an energetic, creative Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our online presence, highlight our shop's work, showcase our vehicle inventory, and bring in new customers.
What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish daily/weekly engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube targeting local truck owners, fleet managers, and vehicle buyers.
Video & Content Creation
Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) featuring shop repairs, mechanics in action, before-and-after projects, fleet services, and vehicle walk-arounds.
Dealer Vehicle Marketing
Take high-quality photos and videos of inventory vehicles, write compelling listing descriptions, and update vehicles across our website and automotive sales platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, local listing networks).
Mechanic & Repair Shop Marketing
Develop local lead-generation campaigns for diesel repair, maintenance packages, and commercial fleet services. Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile listings to boost shop reviews and visibility.
Website Updates & Maintenance
Keep our website clean, up-to-date, and optimized for mobile users. Update inventory, landing pages, banners, and promotions regularly (no complex backend coding required, but hands-on CMS experience is essential).
Campaign Tracking
Monitor key marketing metrics (lead inquiries, ad spend, web traffic, social engagement) and report on what’s driving real business results.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: no experience required, but previous social media work is preferred
Video & Photo Skills: Strong eye for photography and comfortable shooting/editing video using a smartphone or camera (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
Website Management
Experience working with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or automotive dealer inventory management software).

Knowledge of local social media strategies, paid ads (Meta Ad Manager), and Google Business Profile management.
Communication & Drive
Self-starter who is comfortable walking around the shop, interacting with mechanics and sales personnel, and taking initiative on content ideas.
