Personal Lines Account Manager

Pay is determined by experience. Bonus opportunities will enhance pay as well. This position requires strong organization skills, along with the ability to multi-task well.

You will focus on providing excellent customer service and be responsible for assisting our existing book of business and new customers with policy changes, policy questions, writing of new policies, claims and any other tasks needed to service our clients.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Proficient with agency and carrier technologies
• Work directly with nationally branded and independent insurance carriers to create client solutions
• Increase revenue through client retention
• Identify client risks and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
• Quote new and existing business
• Manage client relationships and ensure superior service is provided
• Develop referral partnerships

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Answer incoming phone calls at times when the receptionist is unavailable
• Type and mail client letters
• Attend ongoing training
• Meet continuing education requirements and state licensing standards

• Bilingual a plus
• Experience with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Qualifications

Experience is a must, we would prefer a candidate with 3 years insurance experience to join our team and step right in.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
