About Pique

Pique is a category-defining wellness company that operates at the leading edge of performance branding. Our products are grounded in science and nature, our brand is driven by mission and emotion, and our culture is shaped by high performance and individual agency.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Manager, eCommerce (Site & CRO) to own the roadmap and delivery for Pique's Shopify storefront: landing pages, PDPs, cart, checkout, subscriptions and site tests. You will be measured by site conversion and by how much ships on time.

You will turn priorities from growth, eCommerce and lifecycle into clear specs, sequence the work across designers, developers and agency partners, and run each project from brief through QA, launch and read-out. You own the test backlog and the weekly release plan.

This is a hands-on senior role: you write the specs, set up and QA the tests and run the read-outs yourself. You will work directly with our founder and CEO and senior leadership as one close-knit team, alongside growth, eCommerce, design and lifecycle in our Los Angeles office: short decision loops and real ownership. We need someone completely reliable: you commit dates, hit them and tell us early when something is at risk.

If you report on status rather than drive outcomes, this is not the role.

Responsibilities

Own the Site Roadmap and Release Plan

  • Maintain the ranked backlog of landing pages, PDP improvements, site features and fixes, ordered by expected revenue impact and effort.
  • Run the weekly planning and release cadence; commit launch dates and hit them.
  • Write specs and acceptance criteria that designers and developers can build from without follow-up questions.

Run Experiments End to End

  • Own the A/B testing program: hypothesis, test design, setup, QA, launch and read-out.
  • Set sample size and stopping rules before launch; never call a test early.
  • Turn winners into permanent site changes and keep a searchable log of what each test taught us.

Deliver Through

Design, Development and Agencies

  • Coordinate UI/UX designers, Shopify developers and agency partners; keep every project's owner, dependency and date current.
  • QA pages and features against spec before launch, mobile first.
  • Flag delays early with a revised date and what it takes to recover.

Measure and Diagnose the Funnel

  • Track each funnel step (landing page, add to cart, checkout, purchase, subscription take rate) in GA4 and Shopify.
  • Use session recordings, heatmaps, surveys and reviews to find friction and turn it into tests.
  • Report weekly in plain language: what shipped, what it did and what comes next.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in eCommerce, CRO or site optimization at a DTC brand, including owning a site roadmap delivered through agencies; Shopify strongly preferred.
  • A track record of shipping A/B tests at a high cadence, with sound statistics behind every call.
  • Clear spec writing and experience directing designers and developers, including agencies.
  • Fluency in GA4, Shopify analytics, testing tools (e.g., Convert, VWO, Intelligems) and behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity).
  • Working knowledge of subscription eCommerce (e.g., ReCharge) and DTC site metrics: conversion rate, AOV and subscription rate.
  • Enough technical depth in Shopify themes and apps to scope work and challenge estimates.
  • A strong eye for design and brand; you know what a premium product page looks like.
  • A track record of growing scope: promotions or bigger roles at each step, with measurable results in every one, and references from managers who would hire you again.
  • Clear, concise writing; you communicate in specs, numbers and short memos.
  • High ownership, sound prioritization, fast execution and genuine interest in wellness, nutrition, beauty or longevity.
  • Ability to receive and deliver radical candor — non-negotiable.
  • Enthusiasm for shaping a motivated, talented, and truth-seeking team culture, with a commitment to personal growth and organizational excellence.
