About the Role

Client is building an Engineering Intelligence Platform that helps enterprises understand and improve software engineering workflows, developer productivity, software delivery performance, and AI adoption.

We are looking for a strategic, technically strong Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution while collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, GTM, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Engineering Intelligence Platform.
• Translate customer requirements and complex engineering workflows into product features and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and platform teams to deliver AI-powered insights and analytics capabilities.
• Analyze engineering telemetry, workflow data, and operational metrics to identify delivery bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop frameworks and KPIs for developer productivity, engineering effectiveness, software quality, delivery performance, and AI adoption.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps teams, and other enterprise stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Partner with GTM, customer success, and solutions engineering teams to drive product adoption and communicate customer value.
• Prioritize product initiatives, manage requirements, and deliver iterative improvements based on customer feedback and measurable outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience building enterprise SaaS products for technical or engineering users.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software engineering workflows, DevOps ecosystems, and software delivery processes.
• Experience with developer tools, engineering analytics, observability, developer productivity, or technical platform products.
• Experience working with engineering teams and data-driven product capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with telemetry, KPIs, workflow analytics, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and customer value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and product execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, enterprise AI adoption, or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Datadog, PagerDuty, LinearB, Jellyfish, Harness, or similar tools.
• Experience defining metrics for engineering effectiveness, software delivery, developer experience, or product analytics.
• A technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent business experience combined with strong technical understanding is a plus.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
