Branch Operations Manager

Salary listed is a base salary. This role also offers a generous commission opportunity in addition to the base.

About the Role

Pinnacle Central is a Bobcat portable power dealer. We sell new equipment, run a large rental fleet, and supply consumables for industrial blasting and painting. As Branch Operations Manager, you will run the day-to-day operation of our Polk City branch: delivery and logistics, the parts and consumables counter, and the rental billing and inventory records behind them.

You will lead our drivers and inside sales / parts staff and work closely every day with the Service Manager and Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach delivery drivers and inside sales / parts staff.
• Schedule and dispatch daily deliveries and pickups.
• Keep rental billing, returns, and asset counts accurate and on time.
• Manage parts and consumables ordering, stock levels, and counter margins.
• Make sure drivers follow safety, inspection, and logging requirements.
• Complete manufacturer (Bobcat) paperwork on time.
• Handle customer issues and support collections on past-due accounts.
• Work with the Service and Sales Managers to keep equipment and customer commitments on track.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising people and holding them to standards.
• Comfortable with inventory, billing, or rental software. Training provided.
• Knowledge of equipment, parts, or consumables sold to contractors. Coatings, surface prep, or blasting and painting experience is a plus.
• Organized and accurate with numbers and recurring paperwork.
• Works well with peers in other departments.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening (background check, federal drug screen, driving history).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
