Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and those requiring outpatient or acute care services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving care.
• Stay current with medical terminology and best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in pediatrics, outpatient settings, orthopedics, home health, hospital environments, or acute care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ability to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
