Marketing/Inside Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing/Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients through phone and digital communication, managing marketing initiatives, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revitalizing existing accounts, expanding the company's customer base, and supporting social media efforts to enhance brand visibility.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is essential to efficiently handle administrative tasks and sales tracking.

Duties

• Communicate regularly with clients via phone to address inquiries, provide information, and foster strong relationships.
• Manage client communication through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Generate new business leads by identifying potential clients and opportunities for growth.
• Revive old accounts by reconnecting with previous clients and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, sales tracking, and financial record keeping.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools to support sales activities and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, marketing, or related roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client interaction via phone.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reviving old accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
