What You Will Receive

• $55 per hour, with earning potential up to approximately $128,700 per year
• $5,000 signing bonus
• Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance for the right candidate

A Schedule That Can Actually Fit Your Life

We know the right Full-Time schedule does not look exactly the same for every Physical Therapist.

Our clinic is generally open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but we are happy to have a conversation about a schedule that works for both you and the clinic.

That could mean traditional hours, a later schedule such as 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or a condensed week with three longer days and one shorter day.

If having some flexibility in your workweek is important to you, we want to hear what would work best.

What Your Role Will Look Like

As a Physical Therapist at Phenom Sports and Rehabilitation, you will:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions
• Help patients reduce pain, restore movement, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they enjoy
• Incorporate manual therapy when clinically appropriate
• Continue developing your manual therapy skills with hands-on support and training
• Guide patients through active rehabilitation, strength, mobility, and movement-based treatment
• Educate patients on their recovery and long-term injury prevention
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
• Have the opportunity to grow into leadership or supervisory responsibilities over time

Keep Building Your Manual Therapy and Sports Rehab Skills

Phenom Sports and Rehabilitation was built around providing thoughtful, evidence-based orthopedic and sports rehabilitation rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to care.

You will work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, surgery, sports injuries, and performance-related limitations.

Treatment may include manual therapy, active rehabilitation, dry needling, strength and mobility work, and other advanced rehabilitation techniques.

If you already have experience in manual therapy, massage therapy, strength training, personal training, sports rehabilitation, or CSCS-based performance training, we would love for you to bring those skills with you.

If you are earlier in your career or simply want to strengthen those areas, that is okay too. We are happy to teach, mentor, and help you grow.

What We Are Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
• Current or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Interest in orthopedic and sports Physical Therapy
• Willingness to learn and use manual therapy techniques
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• A desire to continue growing as a clinician

Experience is not required.

New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply, and mentorship is available.

We are also open to speaking with international Physical Therapists who may require employment sponsorship.

Experience in massage therapy, sports, fitness, personal training, strength and conditioning, or a CSCS background is a plus, but it is not required.
