Physical Therapist

Phase 1 Physical Therapy is a growing outpatient clinic focused on high-quality, hands-on care. We treat every patient with the same standard of excellence—whether they’re recovering from an injury, getting back to the activities they love, or working toward a higher level of performance. Our team is energetic, collaborative, and fully invested in both clinical outcomes and building something meaningful.

You’ll see a maximum of 12 patients per day in 40-minute appointment slots. This allows time for thorough evaluations, skilled treatment, and meaningful patient interaction without the high-volume pressure common in many outpatient settings. We use Prompt EMR and maintain a strong focus on completing documentation by the end of the day, so your work stays at work.

• Opportunity to help shape our transition from a primarily insurance-based model to a modern hybrid clinic that also offers cash-pay services. This gives us more freedom to do what’s best for patients and creates room for clinicians to develop or lead new programs.
• Optional involvement with local high school athletes, including medical coverage at football and basketball games (not required).
• Open-ended continuing education support. We want you to specialize in areas you’re passionate about and will work with you to make it happen.
• Clear path for growth. As we expand over the next several years, current clinicians will have priority for leadership roles and the chance to learn the business side of running a clinic.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
