We are looking for a Business Analyst should be more than a conventional requirements analyst. The role needs to bridge Product Owners/SMEs, Discovery Packs, Agentic AI developers, SOR teams, and UAT, while understanding enough of the banking process to drive clarifications and acceptance readiness.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between Product Owners, Business SMEs and the engineering team for assigned automations.
• Review business/process artifacts, SOPs and Discovery Packs for completeness, clarity and development readiness.
• Understand existing QA review processes, business rules, decision points, exceptions and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for Agentic AI automation.
• Work with Agentic AI Developers and SOR Engineers to clarify business rules, required data/SORs, workflow and exception scenarios.
• Manage requirement clarifications, dependencies, assumptions and gaps throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical UAT and support Product Owners/SMEs during validation, issue clarification and sign-off.
• Analyze validation discrepancies with business and engineering teams and help distinguish requirement, data, process and automation issues.
• Maintain requirement traceability and ensure agreed business rules are reflected in the delivered automation.
• Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, status reporting and stakeholder communication.

Expertise You'll Bring

• 5–9 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT.
• Good understanding of banking processes, business rules and Systems of Record (SORs).
• Ability to understand APIs, data flows, databases and system integrations at a functional level.
• Good understanding of GenAI / Agentic AI concepts and ability to translate business processes into automation requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and coordination skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with QA, compliance, risk or banking operations.
• Exposure to Google ADK, Agentic AI workflows, Prompt Engineering or AI-based automation.
• Experience working with legacy banking applications, SORs or platforms such as LexisNexis.
• Understanding of production validation and AI accuracy/exception analysis.

Banking BA + strong process analysis + UAT + technology understanding + GenAI/Agentic AI awareness

: This combination is important because the BA in this program should be capable of taking an approved business process and making it sufficiently clear, testable and implementation-ready for the Agentic AI engineering team, rather than functioning only as a documentation-focused BA.
