Data Scientist

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree (Master's/PHD preferred)

· 3-5+ years of related experience

· Hands-on Data Science: Strong experience building, deploying, and supporting analytical/data science solutions with advanced statistical analysis, large-scale data wrangling, and distributed computing.

· Python/R & SQL: Strong hands-on development in Python and/or R, with advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, joins, aggregations, and analytics.

· Kubernetes (Critical): Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting analytical workloads in on-prem or self-managed Kubernetes environments, including cluster operations and storage concepts (PV/PVC).

· Linux, Docker & Containerization: Strong Linux background with hands-on experience building container images and supporting distributed/containerized data science workloads.

· Research & Consulting Partnership: Experience working directly with researchers, statisticians, or analysts to translate research needs into technical solutions, develop POCs, and create reusable tools/platform capabilities.
