Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Pell Software, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to help design, develop, and maintain reliable business software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working across front-end and back-end technologies, developing database-driven applications, and building solutions that support business operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional software. You will contribute to application architecture, develop new features, integrate APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve application performance, security, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and reliable server-side functionality.
• Design, query, and maintain relational databases.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve application performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while supporting new development projects.
• Follow software development best practices and established security standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience in full-stack or web application development.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or comparable frameworks.
• Understanding of SQL databases, data modeling, and API development.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a development team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of software architecture, application security, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating business systems, CRMs, ERPs, or external APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and technical documentation.
