PediaTrust, LLC is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide services to our patients. We are a Pediatric Day Health Center for Medically Fragile Children, ages birth to 21 years. (COMPETITVE PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Who we are looking for:

Contract – Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• The physical therapist will perform assessments/evaluations of referred patients to develop the skills required for development.
• Must be flexible and adapt to different environmental settings. Must be able to use and create different therapies according to the individual needs of the patients, as a single plan might not work for every child.
• Must love children with special needs.
• We support a collaborative multi-disciplinary team approach for each child.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours and scheduling
• Hours vary by caseload of patients needing services (8 hours per week/32 hours per month)
• Part-time

Experience:

• Pediatric and/or special needs: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
