Pediatric Therapies Hawaii is a rapidly expanding outpatient pediatric therapy clinic with four locations across Maui. We provide high-quality Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and ABA Therapy for children of all ages and abilities.

We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team and support Maui’s keiki through evidence-based, family-centered care.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans for children with diverse needs
• Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-based therapy sessions
• Treat children with conditions such as developmental delays, neurological disorders, gait abnormalities, torticollis, orthopedic needs, and motor coordination challenges
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, families, and caregivers
• Educate parents on home exercise programs and strategies for daily routines
• Document patient progress clearly and accurately
• Support children in improving motor skills, balance, strength, coordination, mobility, and participation in daily activities

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Physical Therapy License (or eligible for licensure)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred (outpatient or early intervention)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and passionate about helping children thrive
• Experience with pediatric gait training, milestones, orthotics, and motor development a plus
