Peak Physical Therapy in Waterbury is seeking a physical therapist to join our outpatient team. We are a supportive, patient-centered practice offering one-on-one care, a diverse caseload, and an environment where clinicians can grow confidently, whether experienced or newly licensed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treat a variety of outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based, one-on-one care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active Connecticut PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
