Build the physical therapy career you want — in a place where you can build the life you want.
Peak Performance Physical Therapy has been locally owned and serving the Missoula community for more than 30 years. We are a well-established, growing outpatient clinic with a collaborative team of 7 physical therapists and a massage therapist.
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. Part-time employment may also be considered for the right candidate.
Why Peak Performance?
We believe excellent physical therapy requires enough time to actually treat the patient in front of you.
We want our therapists to have time to provide excellent care, complete documentation, collaborate with colleagues, and build sustainable careers in physical therapy.
We also use Prompt, a modern EMR with integrated AI-assisted features that help streamline documentation and improve therapist efficiency.
Our therapists bring different strengths and specialties to the clinic, learn from one another, and have opportunities to develop the areas of physical therapy they are most passionate about.
Benefits
Include

- Retirement plan with employer match
- Continuing education allowance
- Up to $750 annually in physical therapy services for you or an immediate family member

We also provide comprehensive breast cancer, lymphedema, pelvic health, and perinatal rehabilitation.
Who We're Looking For
We would ideally like a PT with two or more years of clinical experience, but we are also open to an exceptional newer graduate whose interests and strengths align with our practice. We are looking for someone with a robust history in any of our above mentioned services.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience, certification, or an interest in developing expertise in any of the following:
- Orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
- Vestibular and vestibulo-ocular rehabilitation
- Concussion management

- Breast cancer rehabilitation
You do not need to specialize in all of these areas.
More important to us is finding a therapist who is clinically curious, committed to excellent patient care, eager to continue learning, and a strong team player.
