Content Creator/Social Media Manager

We are currently seeking a full time, creative and highly motivated content creator/marketing manager to join our team.

The strengths the ideal candidate should possess include outstanding written communication skills, project management with proven ability to transform concepts into actionable plans, experience in social media leadership, think outside-the-box mentality and digital marketing expertise.

This position requires a highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage all aspects of our marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, developing strategic marketing plans, developing and driving our social media outreach, creating and executing successful influencer engagement campaigns, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in social media management and three (3) years of digital marketing and sales experience. This person should have an understanding of industry trends, marketing technologies and techniques, as well as an understanding of the best practices for SEO and other digital marketing activities.

Other key skills and attributes include:

• Proven success in social media management, including developing creative copy and campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics
• Proven ability to develop and manage successful influencer engagement campaigns
• Understanding of brand management and messaging
• Market research and experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Developing and executing a robust content calendar
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Proactive and innovative in identifying areas of improvement
