Role Overview

Lead the vision. Inspire the team. Build products that matter.

At PDI, we're on a mission to help businesses simplify operations, deepen customer engagement, and drive growth through technology. We're looking for a Director, Product Management who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution.

This is more than a product leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape the future of our platform, influence company strategy, and lead a team that turns customer challenges into market-leading solutions. You'll work alongside talented leaders across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver products that create measurable value for customers around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to company strategy and customer needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate market trends, customer feedback, business priorities, and emerging technologies into actionable product strategies.
  • Drive roadmap planning and prioritization across multiple product lines and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and business outcomes.
  • Use customer insights, market intelligence, and product analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Champion product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and help shape long-term business and investment decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to create competitive advantage.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success defining strategy and delivering SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, or platform-based products.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and commercial goals.
  • Experience building product roadmaps, developing business cases, and driving execution from concept through launch.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for coaching teams and developing future product leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading product organizations in a high-growth technology company.
  • Background in AI-enabled products, data analytics, automation, or platform solutions.
  • Experience supporting multiple product lines or enterprise-scale software platforms.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Why You'll Love This Role

You'll have a seat at the table where strategy is created, the opportunity to lead talented product professionals, and the ability to directly influence how our customers operate and grow. You'll tackle meaningful challenges, drive innovation, and help shape what's next for both our products and our business.

If you're energized by building great products, developing high-performing teams, and turning bold ideas into customer value, we'd love to talk with you.

PDI is committed to offering a well-rounded benefits program, designed to support and care for you, and your family throughout your life and career. This includes a competitive salary, market-competitive benefits, and a quarterly perks program. We encourage a good work-life balance with ample time off [time away] and, where appropriate, hybrid working arrangements.

Employees have access to continuous learning, professional certifications, and leadership development opportunities. Our global culture fosters diversity, inclusion, and values authenticity, trust, curiosity, and diversity of thought, ensuring a supportive environment for all.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
