Experienced Associate Attorney

Overview

Join our legal team as an Experienced Associate Attorney and move matters forward through focused research, clear writing, and confident advocacy. You’ll support clients across litigation and a broad range of practice areas, communicating directly with clients and contributing at each stage of a case.

Duties

• Manage case files, conduct legal and statutory research, and apply procedural law.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; prepare cases for trial and participate in court depositions.
• Support general and commercial litigation, personal injury, and landlord-tenant matters, including case analysis and legal advocacy.
• Negotiate on clients’ behalf, maintain clear client communication, and handle related legal administrative work.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Prior law office experience and experience managing legal cases are required.
• Demonstrated legal research, writing, drafting, motion preparation, litigation, and trial preparation skills.
• Experience with estate planning and administration cases is valued.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis and Westlaw is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, client communication, and legal advocacy skills; exposure to the listed practice areas is an asset.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
