Job Overview

Lead a retail sales center that turns customer needs into confident purchases and smooth sales center operations. As Sales Manager, you’ll guide daily sales activity, support employees, and coordinate inventory, pricing, and marketing.

Strong coaching and attentive customer service help potential customers find suitable home options while enabling the team to meet priorities.

Duties

• Lead, supervise, and schedule the team; support recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training and development.
• Coach sales practices, including negotiation, customer service, phone etiquette, and clear managerial communication.
• Oversee sales operations and forecasts, and basic math tasks.
• Coolaborate for purchasing, stocking, inventory management and pricing, marketing, and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance and operational records; support cash handling and daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, dealer management, operations management, or store management; supervising experience and team building is important.
• Retail industry sales team management experience and assistant manager experience are valuable; construction or dealer sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail sales, retail math, inventory, purchasing, and marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Multilingual or bilingual ability is welcome; familiarity with employee orientation, recruiting, payroll, bookkeeping, and training and development is an asset.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
