Responsibilities

Support customer research through interviews, surveys, feedback review, and market research; help translate findings into product opportunities Analyze product usage and customer data to identify trends and inform recommendations Help define success metrics for product initiatives and track results over time Draft product requirements and user stories in partnership with Engineering and Design Contribute to roadmap planning and backlog prioritization in alignment with team goals Support feature launches, from discovery through release, including documentation and training materials for internal teams and customers Present findings and recommendations to Product leadership at the end of the summer

Qualifications: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now or in the future Curious about the needs of brokers, employers, and members, and able to help turn feedback into clear problem statements Comfortable using customer insights, product metrics, and research to explore problems and inform recommendations Comfortable working with data in Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences Able to make progress with imperfect information and stay organized while managing timelines and deliverables Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science, Data Science or Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field Must be a Rising Junior or Rising Senior attending an accredited college or university Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
