About Paradigm Wellness

Paradigm Wellness is South Texas’ largest wellness clinic specializing in acupuncture and integrative care. We have served more than 30,000 patients through acupuncture, massage, skincare, and recovery services.

We are expanding our services to include physical therapy and are looking for a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to help us build and grow our PT program.

Our clinic provides a collaborative environment where physical therapy works alongside chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage to provide patients with comprehensive care.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys treating outpatient orthopedic and chronic pain patients and is interested in a collaborative, integrative approach to care.

You will have the opportunity to help patients progress from pain relief to improved strength, mobility, and function while building long-term relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and chronic pain patients
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education as appropriate
• Progress patients toward improved strength, mobility, function, and independence
• Develop and educate patients on individualized home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage providers when appropriate
• Maintain a professional, clean, and patient-centered treatment environment

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• 2+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Experience treating orthopedic and chronic pain conditions
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Experience with veterans or VA-related healthcare
• Experience with ultrasound therapy
• Experience in chronic pain management
• Interest in integrative and multidisciplinary healthcare
• Experience collaborating with other healthcare providers
