We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, workers’ compensation, and functional limitations while helping them restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care based on diagnosis, goals, and functional limitations
- Provide skilled therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and modalities as indicated
- Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff in accordance with California practice guidelines
- Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, personal injury, and workers’ compensation patients
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as medically necessary
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-management
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation meeting Medicare and insurance standards
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and referral sources
- Assist with clinic efficiency, patient retention, and positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master's, or Bachelor's)
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and evidence-based treatment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
- Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates welcome
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
