Commercial Account Manager – Plumbing Services

Pacific Standard Plumbing is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to win new commercial accounts and turn first jobs into lasting customer relationships.

This is a B2B outside sales role for someone who understands buildings, enjoys opening doors, and can move an opportunity from an introduction to completed work.

You’ll have direct access to leadership, input into which accounts we pursue, and support from operations on technical scope, pricing, and delivery. Your experience will help shape how we grow.

We specialize exclusively in commercial plumbing service and repair, serving property managers, building engineers, facilities teams, and HOA communities throughout San Diego County. Our work spans urgent repairs, planned replacements, and ongoing maintenance.

You’ll own the relationship from the first conversation through the next opportunity.

• Identify target properties and portfolios, reach decision-makers, and earn meetings through calls, property visits, and introductions.
• Understand customer needs and work with operations to develop scopes, pricing, and proposals.
• Follow opportunities through approval and completion, keeping expectations and next steps clear.
• Develop repeat service and maintenance work, and earn introductions to additional properties.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up.

We measure success through new active accounts and profitable revenue, with repeat business showing the strength of the relationships you build.

You should bring:

• Experience personally winning new B2B accounts.
• Practical knowledge of commercial buildings and the people responsible for maintaining them.
• Confidence initiating conversations, conducting property visits, and following opportunities through a sales cycle.
• Sound judgment about customer commitments and when to involve technical support.

Experience in commercial plumbing, HVAC, mechanical services, or related building services is especially relevant. Technical service professionals who have successfully brought in new business are encouraged to apply. No specific degree is required.

The package includes:

• $100,000–$125,000 base salary, based on experience and demonstrated ability

The role involves regular property visits throughout San Diego County and coordination with our Santee office. A valid California driver’s license is required.
