P&K Research is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized HR Generalist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of HR experience who enjoys helping employees, supporting managers, and ensuring day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the details, and understands the importance of creating a positive and supportive workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

● Assist with employee training, development, engagement, and retention initiatives.

● Coordinate recruiting efforts, interviews, hiring, and new employee onboarding.

● Maintain accurate employee files, personnel records, and HR documentation.

● Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace questions.

● Assist with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee information.

● Administer employee benefits, including health, welfare, and 401(k) plans.

● Coordinate leave administration and assist with employee-related requests.

● Support employee relations and help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

● Help develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

● Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and support ongoing compliance.

What We're Looking For

● 1–3 years of previous Human Resources experience.

● Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

● Working knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment regulations.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

● Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR software.

● A dependable, approachable team player who is willing to lend a helping hand.

● Someone who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in doing things right.
