Content Designer

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Content Designer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a work from home position for candidates located within reasonable commuting distance of Morgantown, WV, with occasional travel required for team and client meetings.

This role is focused on marketing and digital content production. The Content Designer will support a variety of client-facing materials while helping improve the systems, tools, and processes used to create content efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing content across social media, presentations, one-pagers, email campaigns, and digital brand materials
• Produce and format visual content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Support short-form video production, including editing, formatting, captions, and platform-specific versions
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across multiple projects and clients
• Work within Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to develop and update creative assets
• Explore AI-assisted design, video, and content tools that can improve speed and production capabilities
• Identify repetitive tasks, workflow gaps, and opportunities to improve creative processes
• Develop templates, systems, and repeatable production workflows
• Collaborate with a small, growing team and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design, creative production, or marketing design experience
• Experience supporting multiple brands, clients, or projects preferred
• Strong proficiency with Canva
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience creating digital and social media content
• Familiarity with short-form video content and social platform requirements
• Interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technology
• Strong attention to detail with a production and quality-control mindset
• Process-oriented approach with an interest in improving efficiency
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, and evolving team environment
• Ability to travel periodically to the Morgantown, WV area as needed
