Summary of the Electrical Engineering Role

The successful

Senior Electrical Engineer

will be responsible for the design & development of Electronics Hardware Design & Embedded Systems Development across the full product design lifecycle that powers intellectual Robotic UAS Systems functioning in real-world environments.

Senior Electrical Engineer Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3-12+ years of industry experience
• Experienced in the full product design lifecycle
• Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
• PCB Design & Schematic Capture
• Experience using Altium Designer or similar
• Embedded C, C++, Python –

Bonus

• Experience of MCU’s – STM32, ARM Cortex, NXP, Nordic, Microchip, TI
• Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232/485, CANBus, DDR, PCIe, MIPI
• Practical skills - Prototype (circuit) design, testing, troubleshooting, debugging electronics
• Ability to use test equipment – Oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analysers
• Industry experience – Robotics, Autonomous Systems, UAV’s, UGV’s -
