Turn client relationships into long-term partnerships

Great account management is about more than answering questions and keeping projects on schedule. It means understanding what clients need, anticipating challenges, and bringing the right people together to deliver meaningful results.

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our growing financial consulting team in downtown Atlanta. You’ll serve as a key link between our clients and consulting specialists, helping businesses navigate financial challenges related to cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and treasury operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, coordinate advisory engagements, and identify ways to make our services more valuable to the organizations we support.

If you combine strong communication skills with commercial awareness, sound judgment, and an interest in corporate finance, this could be the next step in your career.

You’ll be entrusted with client relationships and expected to take initiative, make sound decisions, and follow through on commitments.

Go beyond traditional account servicing by working with specialists on financial processes that affect how businesses manage cash, liquidity, and working capital.

A role with room to grow

Expand your client management capabilities, strengthen your commercial skills, and build specialized knowledge that can support your progression into senior account management or team leadership.

A collaborative working environment

Partner with professionals across consulting, treasury advisory, compliance, and data analytics to deliver coordinated solutions for clients.

Competitive compensation and benefits

Earn a competitive base salary with the opportunity to receive an annual performance bonus, alongside health coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and a hybrid working arrangement.

  • Manage ongoing relationships with an assigned portfolio of business clients.
  • Understand client priorities, coordinate requests, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders and build relationships based on trust and professionalism.
  • Recognize potential service issues early and coordinate practical solutions.

Connect client needs with financial expertise

  • Work with consulting and treasury specialists to address client needs involving cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Coordinate client meetings, project activities, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Translate client requirements into clear tasks and communicate priorities to internal teams.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, potential delays, and agreed next steps.

Help accounts develop and grow

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Recognize additional client needs that may be addressed through the firm's advisory services.
  • Participate in client reviews, service discussions, and proposal development.
  • Support retention initiatives and contribute to the commercial performance of your portfolio.

Keep performance and service quality on track

  • Monitor account activity, project milestones, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account plans in the CRM.
  • Prepare account updates, presentations, and management reports.
  • Share client feedback and recommend improvements to internal processes.

  • Help resolve issues that require input from multiple departments.
  • Promote clear communication and accountability throughout the client relationship.

What you’ll bring to the team

We’re looking for a professional who can balance client expectations, business priorities, and the practical details required to deliver quality service.

Experience and education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, consulting, customer success, financial services, or a similar client-facing position.
