**Job Opening: Licensed Physical Therapist in Santa Rosa**

**Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT)** is seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist** to join our team.

**About Us:** Established in **1989**, OSPT is a **100% physical therapist\-owned private clinic** specializing in **orthopedic rehabilitation** in an outpatient setting. Our mission is to provide high\-quality, personalized care in a warm and professional environment that empowers patients through education and active recovery.

**What We Offer**

• Set schedule seeing patients Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
• 1\-hour evaluations, and roughly 8–10 patients per day
• Dedicated PTA support and shared caseloads for continuity of care
• Fully equipped open floor plan gym (w/ Pilates Reformer/Cadillac equipment)
• WebPT EMR system with integrated billing, HEP, and MIPS
• Company\-provided laptop for documentation and patient management

**Our Focus**

• Therapeutic exercise
• Patient education for long\-term independence
• Treating a variety of orthopedic injuries (pre/post\-surgical), fall risk, osteoporosis, and sports injuries in active adults.

• **New grads welcome!** Mentorship provided by experienced PTs and PTAs

**Requirements**

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• **Current California PT license** (PTLA status applicants welcome to apply)

**Position Details**

• **Job Type:** part time or full time, but a set dependable schedule.
• **Schedule:** a set 20–40 hours/week, flexible between 3–5 days/week in a set dependable schedule.
