Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team.

Established in 1989, OSPT is a 100% physical therapist-owned private clinic specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation in an outpatient setting. Our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized care in a warm and professional environment that empowers patients through education and active recovery.

What We Offer

• Set schedule seeing patients Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
• 1-hour evaluations, and roughly 9–12 patients per day
• Dedicated PTA support and shared caseloads for continuity of care
• Fully equipped open floor plan gym (w/ Pilates Reformer/Cadillac equipment)
• EMR system with integrated billing, HEP, and MIPS
• Company-provided laptop for documentation and patient management

Our Focus

• Exercise and Manual therapy based care
• Patient education for long-term independence
• Treating a variety of orthopedic injuries (pre/post-surgical), fall risk, osteoporosis, and sports injuries.

Who We’re Looking For

• A Physical Therapist who values autonomy and quality patient care.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship provided by experienced PTs and PTAs

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California PT license (PTLA status applicants welcome to apply)

Position Details

• Job Type: part time or full time, but a set dependable schedule.
• Schedule: a set 24–40 hours/week, flexible between 3–5 days/week in a set dependable schedule.
• Salary: Dependent on experience
