  • Execute manual and, where applicable, automated tests to validate that solutions function as intended, meet requirements, and do not introduce regression issues.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements, understand technical designs, and identify potential risk areas early in the development lifecycle.
  • Work with Business Analysts to confirm that development deliverables accurately reflect the agreed scope, acceptance criteria, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT and beta testing with business units, including test planning, scheduling, communication, and support for end users during the testing period.

  • Validate that fixes and changes are properly implemented and do not adversely affect related systems, processes, or integrations.
  • Contribute to and maintain QA standards, templates, and best practices, including consistent documentation of test results and sign-offs for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in maintaining test environments and ensuring test data is accurate, secure, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear, concise status updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to project teams and leadership.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

  • QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or Agile/Scrum certifications. Preferred

Other Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical, organized approach to testing and documentation.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe defects, risks, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with developers, Business Analysts, and business unit representatives.
