**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Licensed Occupational Therapist** to join our team and provide early intervention services to children (0-3 years old) in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. You will work closely with families and caregivers to enhance the child’s independence and participation in daily activities, focusing on key areas such as daily living skills, sensory regulation, play, social participation, and sleep.

This role is perfect for a compassionate, client-centered therapist who is eager to make a meaningful impact on children’s developmental growth in a flexible and dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Direct Therapy: Provide one-on-one therapy to children with disabilities or developmental delays, addressing areas such as activities of daily living (ADLs), play, sensory input, education, and social participation.
  • Assessments & Reporting: Conduct assessments, create detailed reports, and make recommendations based on the child’s progress and developmental goals.
  • Treatment Plan Development: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor and update progress every 6 months to ensure goals are being met.
  • Parental Support & Training: Provide ongoing training and guidance to parents and caregivers to ensure the child’s continued progress and development at home.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Adapt therapy strategies and the environment to support the child’s unique needs and promote independence in everyday routines.

**Qualifications**

**Required**

  • NBCOT Board Certification
  • Valid - California Occupational Therapy License
  • Liability Insurance
  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation

**Preferred**

  • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-3
  • Comfortable with a variety of service delivery settings (home, daycare, community, tele-therapy)
