### **Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and care teams to optimize resident outcomes
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with regulations
- Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
### **Qualifications**
- Current **Occupational Therapist (OTR)** license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient\-centered approach to care
