Clinic Manager (Physical Therapist) – Full Time

Your Contribution as Clinic Manager:

• Lead Clinic Operations: Direct day-to-day clinic workflow, ensure smooth daily operations, and foster a collaborative, positive team culture.
• Deliver Quality Clinical Care: Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver individualized 1-on-1 treatment with a focus on patient-centered goals.
• Mentor & Develop Staff: Support clinical team members through active mentorship, performance reviews, and professional growth initiatives.
• Drive Practice Growth: Partner with executive leadership to monitor clinic KPIs, ensure financial stability, and build community relationships to maintain strong patient volume.
• Ensure Clinical & Regulatory Standards: Oversee efficient documentation, adherence to insurance procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Lead Continuous Improvement: Remain at the forefront of evidence-based practice and encourage team-wide professional development.
