Overview

We are a growing wellness clinic with an expanding aesthetic/medspa component with multiple locations in the Memphis area seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who's ready to lead their own clinic while providing patient care. We offer weight loss injections, hormone therapy, iv therapy, concierge visits, aesthetics and other services.

This role is ideal for someone who wants independence, leadership responsibility, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

-High level of autonomy

-Provider+clinic leadership role

-Growth oriented environment including aesthetics

No nights, occassional Saturdays (9-12), no on-call shifts and no major holidays.

Duties

-Prescribe and manage treatment plans for patients.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting.
• Administer injections and medications.

-Manage clinic staff (3-5 employees)

(IV Therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss injections, aesthetics, other IM injections.)

Experience

At lease 1 year experience in clinic or hospital environment.

Previous experience as nurse practitioner preferred.

Required Skills:

• Patient care experience
• IM Injection experience and knowledge
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures
• Ability to accurately assess vital signs
• Experience in drawing blood

• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for precise documentation of patient encounters, medication administration.
• Provide health coaching and patient education on topics such as nutrition, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.

Experience

• Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals or clinic setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
