About this role
Senior Product Manager, Data Integration
Location: Remote Department: Product Management Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for OmniSphere's data integrations — the connective tissue that enables secure, reliable data exchange across our customers, partners, and customer vendors.
You'll define and evolve a scalable, integration framework that supports diverse data formats, connectivity models, and delivery mechanisms, while balancing the need for openness and interoperability against protecting the proprietary data, intelligence, and workflows that differentiate our platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, partnerships, and data governance. You'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Product, and external vendors/partners to ensure integration capabilities are reliable, scalable, and aligned with broader product priorities.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Roadmap
- Establish and evolve a scalable, data integration framework that supports secure, efficient inbound and outbound data exchange, enabling OmniSphere's operational growth, interoperability, and customer adoption
- Ensure data integration roadmap priorities align with strategic product priorities, enabling faster delivery of roadmap commitments and maximizing business value
- Identify gaps in data integration coverage in partnership with product needs, and define solutions to close them
Platform Capabilities
- Protect and extend business-critical integration capabilities by supporting diverse data formats, connectivity models, and delivery mechanisms
- Ensure seamless connectivity across customers, partners, and customer vendors
- Deliver a comprehensive integration management experience — including operational monitoring, configuration management, implementation enablement, and troubleshooting capabilities — that reduces deployment effort, improves reliability, and accelerates issue resolution
Data Sharing & Governance
- Establish a granular data-sharing model that gives customers access to the operational data they need while protecting the data segments, intelligence, algorithms, and workflows that differentiate the platform
- Partner with Security, Product and Data Governance Committee to define purpose limitations, and data-sharing policies that scale across a growing partner ecosystem
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Build and maintain vendor/partner relationships to discuss shared customer integration improvements, resolve issues, and drive overall collaboration
- Ensure partnerships operate on principles of reciprocity and purpose limitation
- Represent the integration platform in customer and partner conversations, translating technical capabilities into business value
Execution
- Prioritize roadmap deliverables with clear requirements, and acceptance criteria for integration needs; partner with Engineering on sprint planning and delivery
- Ensure validation, testing and implementation plans are documented and well defined; working with cross-team partners
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and leadership on a regular cadence
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on data integration, platform, API, or interoperability products
- Experience defining and scaling integration frameworks involving multiple data formats, connectivity models (API, EDI, file-based, event streaming), and delivery mechanisms
- Working knowledge of data governance, access control models, and privacy/security considerations in a B2B data-sharing context
- Track record of managing vendor or partner relationships involving shared technical roadmaps or integration commitments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical integration concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience partnering closely with engineering/architecture teams on cloud-native systems
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with integration platforms/patterns (iPaaS, ETL/ELT, HL7/FHIR, EDI, webhooks, event-driven architecture)
- Experience building customer-facing integration monitoring, configuration, or self-service tooling
- Background in data licensing, data monetization, or intellectual property considerations related to proprietary data assets
What Success Looks Like
- 6 months: Deep understanding of the current integration landscape, gaps, and partner relationships; delivered at least one improvement to integration reliability or deployment effort
- 12 months: A clear, prioritized integration roadmap tied to business outcomes; measurable improvements in deployment effort, issue resolution time, and partner satisfaction; an established data-sharing model that balances customer needs with data protection
How to Apply
Please submit your resume along with a brief note describing an integration or platform challenge you've solved — including how you balanced openness/interoperability with protecting sensitive or proprietary data.
